Franco and I are honored to join Saratoga Spring's impressive collection of delightful cafes and restaurants. We welcome you to our new Neapolitan trattoria on Henry Street, at once casual and elegant, with a Mediterranean flare. Capriccio Saratoga is comfortable, affordable, with delicious Neapolitan cuisine including vera pizza Napolitana , fine wines and spirits.  We hope to have the honor of  becoming one of your favorite dining destinations in Saratoga.  Our philosophy is based on a commitment to the standards of hospitality, food and service that have made Albany's Cafe Capriccio a favorite for three decades.  We look forward to your visit and will be open 7 days a week for at least another generation.

Capriccio Saratoga serves authentic cucina Napoletana  (Neapolitan cusine) in our exciting new restaurant at 26 Henry Street in Saratoga Springs.  Our menu includes verace pizza Napolitana (from our wood burning oven), antipasti as you would find on Via Caracciolo,  and pasta cooked to perfection.  Our web site will now include recipes from our menu which we will add regularly.  When you desire a taste of Napoli stop in to Capriccio Saratoga, open for dinner 7 days a week, and when you choose to cook at home, the recipes that follow will assist you to prepare and serve vera cucina Napolitana -- it's the real deal!
